Returns/Refund Policy
We guarantee all of our products for 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds must be requested within this time frame. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds after this period. For defective DVDs, most of the time they will be replaced or refunded and we will not ask for them to be returned. In the unlikely event you receive several defectives, they can be returned to us at the customer’s expense for a full refund, within the 30 day time frame.
